Reviews
Every evening, every course brought the sound of “oohh”and “aahh”s at the table from the entire family. Basically they were serving us tasting menus totaling 10 different things for each dinner. The flavors and sauces were outstanding, and can, in fact, rival the best restaurants of the world. If you know what you want, Roberto and Brigita will find the fresh ingredients on the island, at a local market or otherwise. Carpaccio, octopus, local fish, grilled meat, you name it, they know how to make it. And then comes dessert…. Brigita’s baking is unbelievable! SOOO good!!
The first year we came to Tenerife we went to an all-inclusive resort. The 2nd year we rented a vacation house, and separately the food with Roberto and Brigita….. THAT is the combination we can recommend to anybody. (They would also prepare food for breakfast and lunch the next day!) If you do it, you’ll have a very memorable week of food delight and splendid service!
