We all got a chance to try the equipment in hour hotel pool.
The company has a good location in Puerto Colon, we received verbal instructions there and then there was a 15 min boat ride to the scuba diving spot. There were three instructors and they dived with three people at a time. The others could snorkle while waiting. The instructors regulated the air in your vest so diving was easy.
We felt sorry for a couple with us who hadn´t suba dived before (and didn´t try it in a pool beforehand) who got uncomfortable and didn´t dive at all.
We saw a lot of fish, an octopus..... no turtle. Very pretty and clear sea. Recommend the company but if you are nervous you should try the equipment in a pool first.
