Amongst the hotel's facilities count a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a currency exchange facility, and a panoramic lift. Also available is a small supermarket, various bars, a TV room with a small library, a restaurant, conference facilities, and a public Internet connection (charges apply). On payment of an additional fee, guests may make use of the laundry service, and there is also car parking, a playground and a kids' club (four years and over) available.
