Overview
Live a unique experience of total relaxation for the body and the mind through the pleasures of water in a magical atmosphere and finish by relaxing completely with a massage.
During the 45 minutes relaxing massage we work with our AIRE Botanical Elixir Oil* on the back part of the body (back, arms, legs and feet).
The Ancient Thermal Baths will allow you to enjoy our bath area at your own pace, with baths at different temperatures including the Caldarium (Hot Bath 102ºF), the Frigidarium (Cold Bath 57ºF and Ice Bath 50ºF), the Tepidarium (Warm Bath 97ºF), the Balneum (Bath of a Thousand Jets), the Laconicum (Steam Room, we have two at different steam intensity and both with aromatherapy), and the Flotarium (Salt Water Bath).

Until we got there we has received no instructions and did not know what to bring (and not) but luckily we had our swimming trunks with us.
The place is really nice, clean, with the right lighting, music and amount of pools with perfect temperatures. The massages were super professional and we had plenty of time to relax with the 2h session we had booked.
The surroundings are also beautiful and the road from Barcelona allows you to see a lot of beautiful haciendas and vineyards.
Totally worth it. I heard about this place through a friend luckily because Google never listed it for thermal baths in Catalonia.
